The latest addition to the focusable series from Fenix, the FD30 offers a 360º rotary focus, operated by a focusing ring on the head of the torch. Turning the focusing ring allows the beam to be changed between spotlight and floodlight. Featuring a dual reflector optical system, the FD30 has an inner and outer reflector. By rotating the focusing ring 360º, the head and the reflector move forwards and backward from the LED, thus regulating the focus between spotlight and floodlight and resulting in a smooth beam pattern.
The FD30 has a tactical forward click tail switch which operates momentary or constant activation and a stainless steel side switch which cycles through the five brightness levels and strobe mode.
Compact and lightweight, the FD30 measured just over 140 mm and has a head diameter of 25.4mm, making it compatible with a range of filters and diffusers. Small enough to fit into a pocket this light is a great choice for every day carry.
